It's time to try Raila, Kalonzo and Martha for crimes against Humanity at Kenya Court if not treason.

There is a whole division of high court idling waiting for such cases.

They should be kept in remand and given strict order to maintain peace after release.

The police will battle the goons for a day or two - and without leadership - arrest & charge them alongside Raila - this will fizzle out.

Map all areas where his goons will likely attack people - mostly urban slums and Luo nyanza - get police from rest of country - and put enough of them.

Ruto forget investment and being nice to western world first. Deal with it. Finish it. Establish the respect and authority of gov as final.
