Like Kalonzo said,Is this a rehearsal before a major hit?Was it a warning through targeted killing of a GOVERMENT employee?

We need proper investigations,What type of weapon discharged the bullet? Was the weapon from a licensed gun holder or police?Which armed people were in that area at that particular time? What telephone calls were made at her workplace? Her phone records and work history with colleagues?

Crime in Kenya has evolved.Today in the North Rift and North Eastern, you have bandits and terrorist groups with all sorts of weapons including snipers being smuggled across Kenya through corrupt elements at police and immigration.we have seen criminals kill former Kabete MP muchai in the middle of the capital,We have also seen terrorists attack Westgate and Dusit D2 some 2-3 kilometres from statehouse.I think nobody is safe in modern Kenya.

My greatest pity is our political leaders, they like addressing public rallies in towns through the vehicle sunroof. It means that a criminal can hide in building, hit someone and disappear in broad daylight.
miraa stories..it very very difficult to hit stationery target in way to kill them..sembuse moving target. There is absolutely no snipper that can shot someone walking in the streets.Ruto gov will not kill anyone because its unnecessary. NJURI N YOU NEED GO SLOW ON MIRAA.Snipping takes great skills and great equipment..small movement you miss.

A sniper bullet can travel upto 2600ft per second..that's I think twice over the speed of sound...An average human being travels at a speed of 5ft per second..so by the time you hit one step, bullet is already lodged in your head or chest..whether you are walking or driving around in a car,A sniper can accurately hit you even if 2KM away.

theory..small movement..it a miss..bullet is tiny like a nail. This why soldiers run. ..snipping someone walking randomly from nhif is crazy

This story is not making sense.  Apparently, the bullet was found in her lungs when she collapsed? This is not a stray bullet. Kenyans in Nairobi don't just walk around shooting like that. It's not northern kenya. Something is not adding up here.

Turns out is a girlfriend being shown how to shoot. It will be a long walk to freedom.

Finally, DCI doing work it is supposed to do not hunting Itumbis.

Away from NHIF whistleblower angle. Do we have a psycho around? Or rogue police?? Or just gun owner showing excited boys or girlfriend how a gun works?

Baffling.

you were right...this forum has many idiots who don't engage their brains. It implausible to kill someone intentionally in middle of streets while they are walking.

How did the DCI identify him? if this is true, it would be tragic. such recklessness, but I also think the emergency medical care services in kenya are wanting.  Would she have survived in a country with better medical services?
