Audit must be law for all high level civil servants. It must be random conducted by randomly selected audit firms. Lets not be like Pakistan where only a few pay taxes.

My question is how will Ruto make them pay taxes? These guys have been stealing since independence and they have sophisticated bankers and lawyers helping them hide their loot. Their money is not sitting in Equity Bank in Githunguri.
