Not really GEMA are just watching. I think Ruto and even Sakaja if you look at their appointees have done a good job rewarding GEMA , thats why you saw U.D.A. Winning in GEMA by elections.
Now Gachagua you can see even majority of GEMA dont like his antics but he seems to have taken survival mode and he thinks coming out gun blazing will endear him to the electorate . I personally think Kenyans are just a minute away from boiling point if Economy joblessness is not addressed and the yesteryear tribal politics or mobilization wont work . It never worked with Uhuru and 2022 elections  .
Another thing coming out clear is Kalenjins are finding themselves where GEMA were after 2002 elections . Fear of each and everything one moment its Gachagua the next its GEMA . Also when they try to play politics they written off . So they just have to keep silent.
Na bado the referendumn will be a nightmare , that Gachagua you fear will become your hero .

Jaramogi in his book not yet uhuru said that it would be cruel to hold your base hostage for 5 years. Raila has done effectively.ruto like uhuru may end up spending his political capital in nyanza. In Central right now thurakus aka tugeges are very anxious about ruto and gachagua ..they won't promises to be kept and fulfilled

Western donors have also decided to by pass executive and pour their funding to nyanza using governors to implement projects

Nyanza new governors may deliver far much better. Nyongo has done a maverlous job in Kisumu County. Devolution is changing the game in a way we expected it to. Nyongo doesn't need ruto but ruto may need nyongo for relevance

The Raila capitulation nationally and self preservation regionally is complete. He is willing to negotiate than see Ruto sponsored rebels take out Odingas especially in South Nyanza.Ruto should continue to build his independent support in luo nyanza as well as welcome Raila overtures strictly privately. Gema is a no longer a threat Ruto..Ruto has direct play..Raila and luos are his single biggest threat..its around luos that any opposition will collasce and gather momentum. RUTO WILL TREAT GEMA very nicely...that is conquered territory like kalenjin land..Ruto focus is to conquer luos and complete luhya projects. Kalenjin are 10 sub tribes in 10 counties yet Ruto has United them.Treat all people fairly. They will equally love you.Njuri Ruto will teach Gema how to love Luos.Unlike uhuru he won't set gema versus luos or kalenjin..however easy.We are all Kenyans.Ruto will not run ant luo gov.or anti anyone.
