As per Western media Ukraine has been winning since February while still in Dec 1/4 of it is occupied . Even with HIMARS and ARMS they can push forward in Bakhmut .

So if the Weatern media is that independent without Governmenr control why did they Uniliterally kick out RT news.
All Western media is Govet controlled , there are ways they controll them. CNN , BBC ,DW, Reuteurs  all follow government policy.

While Russian forces we hear show up mostly drunk.
And most importantly the military is based on strict command from Moscow or Putin - while Ukraine command have more autonomy to made decision on battle field.
