There is due process - if they feel it's not fair - the courts are opened.
Removal - start with someone petitioning parliament - parliament if it approves - petition Ruto to form a tribunal - to investigate - if found guilty - they go home.

The fact that Raila is adopting them - make their cases even more dire.
These people are suppose to be independent - totally.
So by being supported by Azimio - they should resign.
In fact they should be on forefront - calling Azimio to stay away from them - as they should be seen to be independent.

What i notice is that they have been declared guilty and convicted by Ruto. They should be heard in court of law, not Ruto opinion.

Anybody can petition parliament.
Parliament will listen and approve or reject.
If approved it goes to Ruto who forms a tribunal
And if evidence convict them they go home.
And the courts are open in entire process if anyone feel the process is unfair.

Most importantly no political player should OPENLY support or oppose IEBC commissioners.
Not Chebukati not cherror.

Raila can offer them support chini ya maji but openly supporting them make their tenure untenable.

He managed to capture IEBC through The then Chair and His tribesman CEO but one thing he has not learnt from 2013 and 2022 elections is that even if uou control IEBC its the will of the people which prevails.
Right now he is not trying to defend Cherara what he is doing is putting himself in a place just like pre 2017 elections where he must be involved in selection of the commissioners. Once again he will be played badly just like what happened in JSC and Supreme Court. You can influence the selections but when shit hits the fan . These people start consulting their peers who are usually on both sides of divide.
