Yes - I think there should be a simple rule - any business of turn over less than 5 million - should not be taken through all those shenagians. Just one business license.
For those that make more money - this hardly a dent on their business.
For micro-enterprise - the licenses are real issue - most people cant afford to pay them.
We need just one huge form - with exception depending on turnover - you go to business license - proceed to nema if you big boy - etc etc
How? Without disbanding all these regulatory bodies? Merge the. Redeploy the officers.
All these bodies make monies through licences.
