With India now involved the Uhuru folks should be careful internationally they can be arrested and whisked to India to be tried for murder. If India court issues arrest warrant interpol will track them.Raila who loves going to India should be careful because it depends on how high the family will go...the killers and their commanders including Uhuru have committed international crimes

This is their favourite. A majority of the deaths were confirmed to be from the Head Injuries.
2. Abdominal and Chest Injuries
3. Drowning
This indicative that the victim was left to die a slow and painful death by being tossed in the water with hands and legs tied.
4. Strangulation
5. Peritonitis
IPOA concludes, " that initial Investigations point to the same or similar perpetrators due to the nature of Injuries and cause of death...DNA Profiling ongoing..."

I agree with all those calling for the fresh vetting of IPOA leadership and clearance before continued stay in office.
For, if indeed there existed a killer squad in the police & they looked the other way all along, then they were complicit & stand accused as well.

I agree. we close that chapter and proceed to replace it with a new chapter of extrajudicial killing ... another SSU by another name. Only a naive person can think a 3rd world despot can operate without secret police. Let him keep his push to have mama mbogas and arid lands herders with zero income to pay taxes and see his support base crumble.

Good to see IPOA dusting those files. It became clear with the ufool- Kinoti axis that rogue police is a great threat to democracy and even nationhood. Such cases will send a signal and bring about personal accountability.

The shenanigan at Bomas also need to be revisited.

or Serenoi era - where flying squad show up when crime is happening - and shoot out ensues - if thugs get killed - too bad. But for people to kill in cold blood folks who surrender that is cold murder.

If the judiciary release them - police better find them next time at scene of crime and shoot them.

This is hard work the police would rather not do - they rather suspect xyz and kill them.

Bring back the flying squad with sharp shooters - fast mobility - and ensure they are always on top of their game - killing thugs if they must on site.
