The only way to uplift the poor is to make the country richer with the right economic policies. He won't do it with photo op's after leaving the country bankrupt.  This picture is actually sickening.

make it richer then. no one is preventing you from contributing more. my cousin has laid the foundation for a prosperous future. uda is full of bitter assholes
