This is actually very good news for a country like Kenya,
 Kenya manufactures ammunition so being a pro western country they can buy from us en mass,mzito Ruto should position us for this windfall.
Countries running out of ammunition is not a new thing,Russia itself run out of ammunition and China and North Korea has been supplying it,during the Iraq war NATO run out of ammo and most was bought from South Africa and eastern Europe where It was cheaper to manufacture.
During world war 2 US supplied its allies Soviet Union and UK with ammunition. This is something very common.

Noway let me educate you briefly on war as seen by Western countries and why they have less stockpiles of ammunition
Generally since western countries rely more on smart and technologicaly advanced weapons,the need for ordinary ammunition takes a back seat, countries like UK and Germany actually deplete their ammunition stockpiles even during military exercises and drills, that's how small their ammunition stockpiles are as opposed to Russia which is still old school in its war mane nos.

Njuri , please educate RVpundit. I fully know how Defence Industry work during war time. In particular during World War 2  in regards to U.S.S.R. how it was mobilized and  expanded.
I can tell you Russia has not mobilized nor has it reached its full capacity as at now.
Now Europe is the exact opposite the entirely rely on U.S. for its military equipment needs and in doing so enriching U.S. .
This is the reason U.S. fears Nuclear. If any Nuclear weapon is used all those HARMs and HIMARs will loss market.
