Very true. Lack of sobriety is disastrous in any mission. I would say the 10 trillion debt Kenya is sitting on could be attributed to Pombe. With Pombe, critical intelligence derived from the brain dwindles, Kabisa!
I'm 100% sure Ruto will outperform Kibaki simply because of the gift of sobriety. The around-the-clock sobriety will give him latitude to self-critique, change tact, listen to more intelligent people, recognize the problem, and re-strategize. Governing/campaigning while impaired is zero work!
Corruption might actually end in Kenya as we know it because of Ruto's sobriety!
