There are clear county charters which will be reviewed every now and then. Hasla govt will be about delivery. In Mt Kenya, Tharaka will reap in bounds infrastructure wise. Isolo also needs to be populated with good infrastructure as we head to NEP. Likes of Murang'a, Nyeri, Kirinyaga, Kiambu only require things like health services.

Certainly but I would say Ndindi Ichungwa Wahome are kitchen cabinet these are guys also who started with Linturi and Duale,Sudo of course needs to be there with his antics he is the ground connection to PORK someone who will demystify power.
