I remember how Ngatia after perfoming excwptional well and having been chosen as CJ he was swapped with Koome in the eleventh minute just before the announcement of interview results.
Deep state specifically St Mary Boys facilitated this move.
The Koome immediately after becoming CJ midwifed swearing in of new Judges which excluded the BBI Judges Odunga and Ngugi as a revenge for finishing BBI.
For now its evident Azimio has no case ,evidence and requests they asked is playing against them.
However Im cautious until the registrar submits the reports . In 2017 the submitted a cooked and falsified  report which Maragas court used as basis of cancelling the election.

This time Chief Registar is a Meru woman.

So I would say Chief Registar and Judiciary ICT head are critical - because the judges always relie on them to do scrutiny on ballots and servers. They can sink you.

Ruto has deployed very trustworthy folks - Shollei, Veronica Maina and Chirchir are running things - together with Murkomen, Fred Ngatia and Katwa Kigen. Solid team.

Also the office of Chief Registrar if filled with people from Nyanza having been employed by former HR Director of Judiciary.

Nyaiyaki was moved to Chief registrar office.  Current SC Registrar is Letizia Wachira .
Still they take directives from Amadi. Thats why you see Nyaiyaki managed to survive and Wachira was fished from a Magistrate.

In August 2017, when Raila Odinga challenged the election of Uhuru Kenyatta to the position of president of Kenya, Ms. Nyaiyaki personally supervised the filing of the relevant paperwork, in her capacity as registrar of the Supreme Court.[1] The Justices of the Supreme Court, led by Chief Justice David Maraga tasked Nyaiyaki to conduct an audit of the materials that the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) used to declare the presidential result. She was assisted by a team of ICT experts, appointed by the Judiciary to examine the relevant materials.[2]

In its report to the Supreme court, Ms. Nyaiyaki's team established that the presidential election was fraught with massive irregularities, including over 560 non-gazetted polling stations in addition to the 40,883 legally recognized locations. Other irregularities included forms 34As used to declare the presidential winner. Many of these forms were duplicated, some were carbon copies, others appeared to be photocopies, others did not bear the requisite stamps, some did not have serial numbers and still others were not signed, all being contrary to the law.[2]

The supreme court took into consideration that report, before they annulled the presidential election on 1 September 2017, in a 4 to 2 decision.[3] Following that annulment, the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission initiated an inquiry into the actions of Esther Nyaiyaki, after one Kenyan citizen filed a complaint.[4][2] This was followed by a flurry of exchanges between various Kenya government agencies regarding the merits and legality of what had transpired.[5][6][7][8]

The courts will do the right thing; however, even if some forces want to disregard evidence and tilt the landscape in favor of Azimio, I believe most judges will still rule in favor of WSR. Most people don't want to admit that they are scaredy-pants scared of doing injustice to William Ruto. The reason he is where is not only hard work and discipline but the strength powered by subtle fear he brings onboard. Human beings respect strength and despise weakness.
