This claim is in the main petition. I didn't even read all of it (it's very thick) but I read substantive parts of all the headings at least and know substantially what the different claims are in the various subheadings, the grounds they're basing them on, and the orders and prayers they seek.

The petition says 21 people, 2 of them Kenyan. It seeks summons to DCI to produce the material they say they have in their possession related to this and the other claim about the laptop. It's in the petition.

But it will fail for simple reason that Kinoti long showed his hand - he not only openly campaigned for Raila - but has been in forefront unleashing terror on Ruto and his allies.

Therefore DCI will not be allowed to participate - because Ruto and IEBC will oppose his application.
