When Ruto is sworn - you'll see action. Ruto doesnt want to get the scared boys doing more stupid things. Let them relax and enjoy the two weeks.

What you can take for a given - RUTO KNOWS EVEYRTHING - he knows everything going on - because he has very serious intelligence
