Shame on you. A mere user Dr. Miguna Miguna knows this and yet you don't.

Philip Murgor is supposedly a senior counsel and a man with extensive professional expertise. Yet, this man stood up before the Supreme Court judges and stated that PDF documents cannot be edited. No, Murgor: PDF documents are editable. All you need is @Adobe PRO DC.

BTW I imagined Raila would call upon CS Mucheru's Google Connection to get a qualified forensic expert to have a look at the server.

  Time is too short I think.  But that would've been a good move.  I suspect the local NIS have some capabilities around this.  Question is, would they want to expose their hand?

It is not a must that I go into Optical Character Recognition! Some people may have been misled to think, we are reconstitute the WHOLE PDF. Not in this case. You just need time, patience and a mouse.
 
On FORM 34A, chebukati agents brief was simplified to just changing only the figure - a number. Raila figure or Ruto figure or  Mwaure/Wajakoyah numbers as long as TOTAL VOTES remain the same.

Hypothetically but very realistically, consider that I want to change 660 to 600 for Raila and make Ruto 128 t0 188.

I only have to change digit 6 --> 0 and 2 --> 8. Nothing else changes, names of Agents, their signatures ARE NOT TOUCHED.  I handwrite "0" capture it as an OBJECT and then use the Tools to move it OVER the "6" and SAVE to PDF. 660 --->becomes ---> 600.

I move a handwritten "8" save it as an OBJECT and then move it over the "2" So 128 BECOMES 188
Voila done. Form numbers changed and then Upload.

It is not very different from this work on AhmedNasir with a light touch
