Soweto - The election cancelled only in Azimio stronghold. Failures in same stronghold of the 1st petition. It cannot be coincidental that only faulty kits were sent to stronghold.

The faulty KIMS kit not controverted by the respondent.

Soweto - 23K discrepancy btw presidential and governors. 33 per polling station. This of course is based on wrong data that Azimio have.

Superb argument by Paul Mwangi. SCOK is collegiate, even football decisions are collegiate even with the screen referees and umpires. It is not a one-man show like Chebukati.

Yes go ahead - you'll provide a counter take - as I will mostly be aligned with Ruto - and you with Raila. End of day - we get a balanced take

Raila perrenial lawyer is done. Says Chebukati role was to declare but wanted IEBC commissioners to agree on issues - not really specified on what issues?

Murgor is taking up the technology issue: Must be simple, accurate, verifiable, accountable and transparent.

You're faster than me in typing it seem. I do not represent any side of this matter except as a watcher of the drama. I think Azimio was robbed out of victory though.

Nation does a better job
Paul Mwangi: The power given to the chairperson of the IEBC to announce results does not give him power to decide what that results will be
2 minutes ago
Paul Mwangi: One of the most glaring things is the issue of the 27 constituencies. Dr Ruto knows the importance of this because he purports in his affidavit that those results were read. The affidavits of Mr Chebukati and Prof Guliye is those results were not verified or read.
Mr Mwangi argues that Mr Chebukati has disrespected the Constitution. In terms of deciding who to believe, Mr Chebukati has not had a complaint as to how these four commissioners worked since they got in. However, there are a list of complaints as to how he (Chebukati) handled elections in 2017 and 2022.
Paul Mwangi: Collegiate nature of decision making regarding crucial issues gives integrity to the decision. Very important decisions may require more people to make it. This is even being seen in sports today where important matches have moved away from leaving critical decisions to one referee and now have VAR so that more people can weigh in on a decision.
Paul Mwangi: It is for the commission to tally and verify results. The chair is only to declare.
The requirement to declare does not give the chair powers to tally, to verify or even to reach a decision as to what he is going to declare.

Murgor - Smartmatic drama should not be taken lightly.

Now onto - hacking and rigging allegations.
