I've never understood this, and I even asked about in 2017. I don't see why Jubilee would need eliminate him in 2017. They obviously knew they were winning. And why kill an IT person managing digital information derived from the actual msema kweli, physical forms from polling stations? Unless it is possible to manipulate turnout in KIEMS kits to match rigging on physical forms.
