I still fail to see anything the Hague would be interested in. If Uhuru commits mass murder or genocide, then you can talk Hague. If there's a civil war in Kenya and they violate the rules of International Humanitarian Law, then you can talk of the Hague. This is strictly a national issue. There's no crime they deal with called "election theft" or "bad leadership" or "corruption".
