Ktn (banner) reported a while ago that constitutional threshold has been met, which I took to mean someone has crossed 50%+1. On provincial results, according to Nation, Ruto had  49.91% 6,703,493 Vote With, 41,575 of 46,229 Polling stations reporting (34A), so Someone will cross the 50% mark easily. On numbers, Ruto looks increasingly the one to do it.

Yes all independent tallying of form34A and 34B indicate Ruto has won. Azimio are taking their supporters through a rollercaster so they can claim rigging.
