Final IRS poll - Ruto increase to 53 percent - Raila drops to 43 percent.

 DP William Ruto beats Raila Odinga in latest poll carried out nationally by Intel Research Solutions (IRS). According to the data released today, Ruto popularity increased from 50.5 percent to 53.1 while Raila dropped from 44.2 to 42.7 percent.
