Moses Kuria supported the very state capture that he is busy trying to fight now and replace it with another state capture. Kuria was the forefront of state capture by belittling the murder of Chris Msando. Kuria should first apologise to the people of Gatundu and whole of Kenya for his past deeds before trying to inform us about state capture. The man was in parliament now over two terms and had time to table legislature that would have strengthend the country's instituitions.

As far as am concerned, Safaricom is a private enterprise with the Kenya governtment having minority shares. The company surely has its internal and external auditors. Let the shareholders complain and not just some politician looking for publicity.
