Now what is their rigging scheme.

1) Kibicho is going round rallying poor hapless chiefs to get Raila 35 supporters per polling station - on promise of 6K bribe per vote. Yet he cannot even give them more than 1K per chief . Chiefs will send them their friends and girlfriends phone number - and wait for mpesa message.

2) They are trying to hack into IEBC systems - trying to see how they can disable internet - make device fails - but IEBC have six just sitting there. Even if you succeed to hack IEBC - our election is manual - ballot casted manual - counted manually - agents signed - pasted on the polling station - form taken physical until Chebukati is happy with it in Nairobi.

3) I can imagine behind the scenes - they are probably thinking of bribing and compromising UDA agents, CROS, POS and name them. But Ruto is probably doing the same.

They cannot do anything with IEBC. I heard today that the president and Azimio are very upset after they found out that IEBC are not using Safaricom network this time. Election is technically manual but on transmission and any little technology needed, satellite transmissions will be used. Only UDA folks know the owner of the satellite! Without insiders, hacking satellite is near impossible, especially knowing about it in the shortest time. Hacking satellite requires weeks to months of preparation...

Really..I thought sim card will be from mobile providers but election remain largely manual
