Ni kama they are on their own...they are building a case to reject results.The audacious demand is get serial numbers of kiems kit...next open the server.Chebukati in meantime is determined to seal all the rigging loopholes...Ruto is determined to protect his votes..deep state and system divided & in great panic.Its appear the four commissioner they appointed recently are overrun by chebukati and his Somali gangs...This is chebukati last election so he cares less...how soon before death threats to chebukati?

Shollei - if court allows manual register - we need serious protocols to ensure it doesnt get abused. I would make it extremely hard - including signature of all agents - an affidavit filled by presiding officer - before a voter manually voter.
