Some of my senior relatives tell me most people born before 1960s used to have understate their age..like if you see Karua ID say she is 1957 you get to know she was born in 1952/3 there...if Raila was born in 1945,then you know he was born 1940/41...I think Moi Kibaki and Kenyatta were much older than their official records.
