Petition to International community to INVESTIGATE Kenya Kwanza Leaders.

I am calling upon peace loving and law abiding Kenyans to petition the international criminal court for the following reasons:Over the last few weeks,The Kenya kwanza party leadership has made the following assertions.

(1) In the last few days,The UDA party has called for the forceful acquisition  of Large land holdings in the Coastal province particularly those owned by non locals in those regions in particular Kwale Kilifi Taita Taveta Lamu counties.Over the past elections particularly 1998 in Lamu and Likoni.Such reckless political statements led to the death and displacement of people in the Coastal province.It is because of such political statements that we saw ethnic cleansing in Lamu in 2014.I therefore condemn such statements bordering war CRIES in the strongest terms possible.

(2) Yesterday at Narok,The kenya kwanza coalition leadership called for the state recapture of Kedong valley (Mai Mahiu) ranch and road Rose farm.I petition the ICC to investigate such statements because the Land in question is owned by people particularly from Kikuyu tribe and was Maasai ancestral land.Kenya has not healed from the 1992 1997 and 2007 post election violence in Rift valley which led to the displacement of more than 1,000,000 people.

Such statements can be related to 2007/8 Kenya political crisis where ethnic groups were mobilized using land issues and three piece voting.

I call upon the international community to INTERVENE with speed because these statements can lead to land and ethnic based clashes in Kenya.

Ruto has made the most sensible contribution to this land issues. Remember Ruto was guy who sorted IDP problem in one MONTH. It power of reasoning. Basically they gave every IDP 400K and it was over. Uhuru has created 20-60k MAU IDPS in Narok - that require again to be resettled.

The British had solution to similar problem in 1963.

We just need to fix this by simplying buying back the land - give it to the poor - who will pay slowly over 20yrs.

Whoever own more than say 1,000 acres of land - should prepare to be forced to sale to Kenya Land Bank - and the said land given to poor paupers.
First it will be willing buyer willing sale - then gov will exercise it's emiment domain.

We would have sorted out 1963 remnants and new mess of Jomo Kenyatta.

In Laikipia,The Majority land owners there are particularly Kikuyu own large grazing lands.The ordinary Samburu will understand it that it's Kikuyu who own their land.If you go to Nakuru,Narok,Kajiado..The Maasai in Kedong Valley and Kalenjin near Gicheha Farm Will interpret it the same way.

WHEN YOU DEPLOY THAT TACTIC,YOU MOBILIZE AND CONSOLIDATE KAMATUSA (Kalenjin,Maasai,Turkana,Samburu) VOTE BLOC which basically means you charge the entire Rift valley.

Majority land owners at the coast is Kikuyu and Arabs..When you sell that theory to Lamu indigenous tribes,They start alienating Kikuyu in Mpeketoni,In Taita they do that in Shimba Hills,Same thing in Kilifi and Kwale Mijikenda.
