That is called fishing - hoping to find mbuta - and you want IEBC to drain the whole of lake victoria in a single day - so you can fish in the open.
The normal way - you identity areas of interest - say open for us - logs of Kisumu, Nyeri, Mandera;
Heck why would you need logs of Kisumu or Luo Nyanza - where you won with 95 percent turnout and 99 vote?
Because you already have some evidence - and you're looking to corroborate. You're building a strong case.
But here you want to condemn the whole Lake victoria because there are few crocodiles there.
There are 14 days to hear petition.
You need to be ready with evidence.
There is NOTHING that server log can show if you dont have other evidences.

Supreme court regretted their decision the same day Raila refused to contest. They had been used to sanitize nonsense.

Now the same IEBC is going to run things.

Meaning really nothing was wrong. You just wanted to blame lake victoria for harbouring crocodiles because you could not catch any fish.

So condemn the whole lake - and claim you cannot proof - because the lake was not drained so you can walk underneath it.

The whole point of the system as set up was to be able to reconcile what was on the server with the various forms from the polling stations.  They generally complied with the parts that were useless for such purposes, if you look at the link Pundit has shared.  They held back on those that could be useful for audit trail purposes.  Interestingly, in the second petition after the boycotted rerun, they had no such qualms releasing a massive data dump on a court that had not even requested(let alone ordered) the information.

Their merit aside, IEBC could have made those arguments and maybe Muite would have looked a different kind of stupid.  The main point though, is that Nyangaya is lying when the says the court only ordered the logs.  Why should anyone listen to him?

IEBC had no problem with granting access but it has be done while protecting the server integrity - and there was not time for the fishing expedition to go on. The server was held by Morpho - in france - not in Uganda - Morpho is partly owned by French gov.

What happen IT illeterate judges and lawyers didnt understand squat about all those servers.

It of course shameful when someone like you with almost 30yrs experience in IT can lie to folks that server logs contain NASA victory :)

Audit Trail - doesnt mean you get DUMPED the entire log so you can explore and discover stuff [that realm of statistics and analytics]- it mean you have found suspicious transaction then you nail them down by drilling to the very end.

Apart from stupid criminal police carting away computers - audit trail is following things that are prima facia suspicious.

It like a police man stopping everyone - that is BS. They need to see some evidence that something is off - driving erratically - jumping lights - then they have reason to stop you - interview you - and if not satisfied search your car.

Unfortunately/fortunately that's your argument.  Not IEBCs.  So not relevant to how this case went.

NASA won the battle; Lost the war; Because frankly they knew like I knew they had no path to victory; Their intention was to muddy the water; I am glad Chebukati is still at work and so is CA dude. It was very sad to see that CEO chiloba get dragged through mud for nothing.

Next time someone alleges rigging - tell us where and when. NASA cannot claimed to have been rigged out of their strongholds....so easy job....Jubilee zones...name them. Show us evidence from your agents.

In 2007 - ODM had SPECIFIC areas where rigging happened; where figures where inflated; Not a blanket condemnation.

If Ruto will be rigged - you can expect DETAILED report of specific cases of rigging - not blanket condemnation of IEBC - and hidding behind a computer in a MANUAL PROCESS.

Learn to be objective otherwise your education is almost USELESS.

Unfortunately/fortunately that's your argument.  Not IEBCs.  So not relevant to how this case went.
