There are 19M registered voters according to IEBC. That means there are at least 9.5M women voters. The state is salivating at those numbers. Ruto post facto attention to women (eti 10 cabinet slots) is not just too little too late but another of those endless "In 6 months time ...." fake promises only known too well 

Women leaders in the country have appealed to Azimio la Umoja presidential flagbearer, Raila Odinga, to appoint Martha Karua as his running mate.
