You don't think Ruto, like Kibaki will be involved in his own state capture? The goodies are too enticing to be left on the table.  I remember how that young CEO at Transcentury was praised for his "brilliance" and nobody questioned the crony capitalism that was happening. This is why Africans will never create generational wealth.  I wonder if in other kleptocracies the corrupt wealth generated lasts beyond the 2nd generation. The kenyatta's and Mo's are in the 2nd generation. Will the 3rd generation keep it? Money not earned through real production is rarely kept.
