Everything done in the name of "Brilliant" aka 2013 one half of the 'digital duo' is a misstep. From choosing a wheelbarrow as his symbol for progress to this ....

Ask people who've been vying for political offices of late.

I think Ruto speak to them on minutely basis. Branding is not about convincing voters. It's about brand recognition. Safaricom spend money on billboards and name it just to remind you they exist. Ruto is doing the same.

People who fail are those like Wairia who stick billboards a year to election and have not sold themselves. They think billboard will speak for them. Or Ngatia.

This is why Ruto is putting them now - last minute - because they are nice to have - Ruto is already well known - has resonating message - now it's just to remind folks it's him. Now in your voting booth you will take few seconds to identify and vote him

Ask people who've been vying for political offices of late.

Who doesnt know Ruto?Who?

I followed the just concluded party nominations and people who did not have campaign posters or billboard got substantial votes or won.Maybe it helps but less than 1%.

Building a name/brand is a PROCESS or matures with time.

Who doesnt know Safaricom. This moment to get Ruto in your face, to have poster in your homes, in your shops, t-shirts everywhere, this is just the start, and by august 9th, ruto will be everywhere you look until it's overwhelms you. Your tv, radio, name it, ruto will be omnipresent

What are you saying?

Kwani Ruto ni babako?

Even Nick Ruto doesn't idolize his father this much.

His face is getting fatter, I thought it was Mudavadi at first  :D

He stole the money for the billboards from Kenyans also.

You have a slogan pesa mfukoni yet you import T-shirts. Who are you fooling? 38% of voters? If you can't lead by example on matters like empowering locals...This particular presidential campaign has done nothing but self-inflict, having begun way prematurely. And surely ... that "R", just where did they get that signwriter from??

Which kenya company can print a million t-shirts for 100 shs each. Hakuna. Ruto will not pay nothing. Chinese contractors will deliver this as gift to Ruto.
