Rigging has become very very hard to pull
1) Biometrics - generally more than 95% of voters are identified by biometric - so not possible to stuff ballots.
2) Technology - results are transmitted electronically - people have smart phones - apart from remote areas - there is just too many eyes.
3) Outside Luo Nyanza - Azimio doesnt have any other stronghold - where UDA/KK agents wont be able to operate with confidence.
4) Maina Kia rulling - has made rigging so granular it only useful if you're rigging to get the +1 vote like Jubilee probably did. It doesnt help if you're candidate is horribly behind. Max per polling station is btw 500-700. You have to rig thousands of polling stations and leave evidence from here to Timbuktu.

9) Ruto is an organizational wizard that pulled mini-iebc election in 35 counties - and therefore you can expect his protect the vote will be very thorough. Raila is feckless, poor manager and coordinator. Ruto is now building a grassroot network using the UDA losers who will in turn protect the vote.
