1) Leaders emerge naturally.
2) Munya is ineligible to run for any elective position including Deputy Governor or DPORK or I suspect even to be placed on  party nomination list.
3) This is a general election - everyone knew it will happen in august - and should have resigned - months to election so they dont enjoy UNDUE ADVANTAGE. Munya is trying to get a salary while playing politics which is criminal.
4) Munya should be in prison for campaigning for AZIMIO while ministers are suppose to be apolitical

He has no duty to anoint or appoint GEMA successor. He had appointed national successor in 2013 but man went looking for self enrichment abusing boss looking out for himself. Man looked for somebody else he could trust. GEMA successor should find own path to success.
