Uhuru the drunkard doesn't remember the same elders heading to Ruto's Sugoi home in 2017 to hand over the same instruments to Ruto. I hear Rigathi and Kimani are working on getting another 5000 elders to administer the oath and re-hand it over again to DP. Raila obviously cannot qualify because of the circumcision clause! Original Kikuyu elders are so many, apparently, and they are for hire.
