There are also people working to make sure rigging is hard to pull.
It's upon the parties to recruit agents, have systems that warn and detect rigging
End of day - vigilance will prevent rigging
Kenya elections are rigged period. As we speak am sure there are people doing all kind of simulation using iebc data. It is what it is.

Pundit, I'm sure I've read you yourself casually explaining so-called stronghold rigging. Here you are engaged in doublespeak, pretending IEBC is unimpeachable. Are you upset that this rigging occurs or is your umbrage provoked by it being outed to the public?  8) It's all good as long as it happens chini ya maji? And no one exposes it to the public so they don't fight?

You may be pleasantly suprised that I have spoken about stronghold rigging long time ago.
Years ago. I didnt wait for Moses Kuria. I saw it happen in Moi era. You can bet if I see something - I will say it.
I also heard Kones in 1997 verbatim asking people to go back and vote until all ECK materials were exhausted.
This after ECK were forced to extend the voting to 2nd day - due to "logistic" challenges - but more because Moi numbers were shaky against Kibaki
I also discovered last year that Mandera Jubilee votes were doubtful after reading Charles Hornsby analysis - everywhere else biometrics - identified 92-95 percent - but Mandera was 85 percent or something like that.
Then I changed my mind - and I now think Jubilee possibly padded Mandera and such remote areas figures. NASA & CORD had no such evidence that would convince me.
When I talk about something - it doesnt mean I endorse it.
I dont condone rigging or corruption or any violence.
I cannot be part of any party or tribe or community conspiracy to commit any crime.
My political support is not wholesome endorsement of everything politicians will do.
There is going to be rigging - but it's upon parties to guard their votes.
To provide evidence of such rigging
That is what NASA and CORD have failed. In fact NASA went on to cook figures and announced fake resutls.

Taking them to court serious risk. They mak keep talking and Chebukati cannot control evidence affidavit in court. Sonko spill beans. Sabina Chege spill beans. Moses Kuria spill beans. All that slip of the tongue?

Pundit, I'm not actually accusing you of endorsing/cheering rigging. I'm criticizing you for acting upset that I'm poking IEBC credibility when you yourself have impeached them by talking about stronghold rigging. How does this stronghold rigging happen outside IEBC watch? Then you can't complain about this thread, which is about IEBC clutching their pearls and acting shocked that someone suggests 2017 had shenanigans about it.

In 2013 - possibly he needed to pad few votes to go past 50 percent. My MOAS 2021 was showing 51 percent - it was going to be razor thin - as Uhuru was running to inherit another Kikuyu - had messed up maDVD and could only really get Kalenjin support & really struggle elsewhere.

I remember MOASS was shocked by Mandera. I knew URP/Jubilee would win Mandera by I think 60-70 percent  because of the clan consensus deal to have Roba & all elective post settled on  - but not by 90 percent with turnout of 90 percent.

Now Raila instead of focusing on Mandera and providing evidence - went all over - raising nonsense - and could not help the court find truth

Clear evidence of Mandera rigging by UhuRuto/Jubilee
http://www.charleshornsby.com/kenya-blog/whatever-happened-to-the-electronic-returns
Quite a bit of analysis was done on that data set in October-November 2017, looking for patterns as to why fingerprint voting was not universal and confirming exactly what Document and Alphanumeric search really meant. We were looking for evidence of mass voting by non-fingerprinted voters, which would suggest local officials allowed stuffing or topped up votes for their favoured candidate after polls closed. We concluded that the data set made sense in general, that there was prima facie evidence of malpractice in a very few constituencies, but no pattern of by-passing the EVID tool nationwide.

Biometric was introduced to curb stronghold rigging.
It still there - IEBC staff are local villages - and I dont see that changing

in short there was rigging - only Nasa could not prove it. Which you are afraid could happen now? Ruto really needs that satellite tallying center.

With the NEP clan wazee consensus on Azimio you should be afraid like Duale.

Ruto knows everything.
I'd say the first defence before even satellite tallying center is parrallel NIS.
You gotta know what Azimio is planning - so you can counter.
Ruto has invested heavily in parrallel NIS which is why he has not be found nabbing.
Ruto will therefore know Azimio rigging plan the same day it's planned.
Then it will be easy to scuttle - by letting the public know the rigging plan.
This is why Kibaki in 2007 found it tough - because Ruto was helping Jakom with intelligence gathering.
Eventually Kibaki resorted to brazen on your face rigging and started war.
With the NEP clan wazee consensus on Azimio you should be afraid like Duale.

You now make high priest a goddess. How did he not know Kalonzo was going Azimio? Did he know Karua was no show for NDC? Did he know Kuria was going to sing rigging? He know how many votes he gets in 9th August? He know he will be outed by his boss?

Knowledge - and Action - Kalonzo cant be stopped if he wanted to go - or if his demands are not met by Ruto.

Lol, Citzen's Gachuri, you read my mind!  :D

IEBC tryna acquit itself is just political drama/afrocinema. Let someone less "convicted" play ref on 2017 questions! :D
