If only Uhuru had the support of GEMA and if a GEMA candidate was running. It would plain dumb for Kalenjins and GEMA to fight if they are in one political formation and are supporting the same person. In 2013 and 2017 ODM were hoping for this and it never happened .

Lol you are threatened by uhuru having a preferred successor. One thing about uhuru is that he a Honorable man. He has is flaws but being dirty and mean spirited is not in his make up. He is doing what he knows is best for kenya and More so for his supporters. He is midwiging..a transition. He doing with collaboration of his supporters. He plans to play fair as he has always done and to let the voter be the ultimate judge. After August president uhuru will become former president and will retire honorably. He has no intention of sticking around in politics. You may not like what he is doing but it is his constituonal right. Go campaign for your team and stop spreading innuendo and malicious rumors from carpet baggers like Mohamed spineless judge bribing criminal

Then we got no problem.

Now comeback to reality.
Ufool has deployed his gov machinery to work against Ruto.
His minister are openly talking about rigging.
Mbugua the chief rigger of kibaki - is Ufool statehouse comptroller- is probably doing some monkey business

Ruto and Kalenjin nation are in this to win.
There is no room for monkey games.
Ruto is already crying rigging.
Supreme court seem also weak and compromised.

So I see "perfect" scenario where Ruto (and Kalenjin) who wont countenance a loss will fight Ufool

Kalenjin will fight if Uhuru double down his betrayal by rigging Ruto.
Kalenjin have said okay - you betrayed us - no problem - we go  hunt for the votes - but to rig it - proverbial straw that broke the camel back- would be trigger a big war.
Kalenjin will start the fight.
Who will they fight?
They will fight anybody who they perceive will have aided the rigging.
They will fight anybody who is Azimio.
They could fight GEMA for simple reason that 25 percent of GEMA voted for Ufool's candidate and made Ruto lose.
I saw in 2007 - Gusii largely voted ODM - but they were beaten - for simple reason they voted 1/3 for PNU.
Raila tried to say - dont beat them - they are ODM - but wapi.
In my own home area - those thugs were asking where 111 votes in the polling station in the tea estate near my home that voted PNU belong to?
The Luos in estate were showing Gusiis houses - and the 111 votes lead to 40 dead people - include a child who suffocated in police stations - and many maimed - including one popular football coach who we grew up with and spoke fluent kipsigis - he was saved but with serious panga cuts.
After that they went for Chiefs and Ass chiefts...I dont single DO or Chief office in Kalenjin land survived...they were burnt down
Apparently Kibaki had used them to campaign for PNU or to look for votes.
Our neighbor was hosting their cousin Chief and family who had escaped....from the area. They had to stay with arrows for days as people were looking for those chiefs and ass chiefs. Couple were killed or injured.
Then last part was now people like my dad - PNU diehard - he received many threatening phone calls - with people telling him if Annan does make peace deal - they will start with him. His mistake hosting gusii workers underground and voting for PNU. By then they had destroyed my fathers rental that rented to some Gusii and others.

In short it will start with obvious targets...assume Luos who are Azimio 100 percent
By 2nd day there ill be no obvious targets...they will go for those that voted 50-50 - say Gusii
By 3rd day they will go for those that voted...70 30 like GEMA
Then they will run out - and go for those that voted like say Baluhya
Then they will go for Kalenjin like Mois.
Then they will go for everyone...mostly wealthy people.

In 2007 the roadblocks were charging money....and if someone had a grudge against you - without any police or chiefs - they were settling scores. It was somalia. There was nothing of gov in entire rift valley except police men in major towns mostly escorting cars.

The forest was biggest victim too - in my area they killed the forest guards - and then people descended on the forest with power saws - luckly Mau is huge. In chepalungu Bomet - they simply cleared the forest in 3 days - all the trees felled down and taken away.

It's likely if war had continued for a month - Mau forest would be without any tree - people descended on the forest from all directions - with power saws.

Lie, Kisiis were targeted because Chinkororo had attacked Ruto during campaign trail, Their so called Kingpin had decided to support Kibaki and Kibaki won hands down in Both Nyamira and Kisiis counties.
You continue praying for war , That 2007 chinkororo incident has had a long term impact and has affected Rutos share of support in that region where as Moi used win easily.
Any attack of GEMA will be the end of Rutos political life he will turn into another Raila .
Raila is still suffering for attacking Mt Kenya from 2003 to 2008.

You hate the truth and the reality.
I am giving your firsthand experience of my home area.
Those thugs or warriors were not following some written script.
It was just rumours - someone says okay - that village xyz have started on the tea estate.
They run there - because it's opportunity to plunder and loot. Someone say chiefs are being attacked - they get attacked.
Gusii were attacked from all directions - in border with kipsigis - where my father home is in - Gelegele - and everywhere.
Once it's start - it has NO FORMULAE
People just innovate - but mainly they wake up looking for a target- mostly they dont care about politics just looting - the war for them is an opportunity to steal.
We had to literally lock my dad home because you never know - next day they wake up and go for PNU.
They went for KANU guys - didnt kill them but went slaughtered their cows - and ate them. Salat, Mois,
The 111  votes that the story I heard personally - I was there when we heard they had destroyed my dad rental - and we went looking for my dad - but luckly he had got the wind - and decided go underground.
Before we reach our market - we found large continent of young boys -coming with stolen loot - some even shameless dressed in their victim clothes :) - stolen chicken - name anything takataka they can get - poverty is bad thing.
What the deal - apparently the were looking for 111 votes that went to PNU - those gusii men told to walk home - made a mistake that eventually led to 43 people dead - this is my home area.

Now answer me these two questions
Was Ruto attacked by Chinkororo and this attack affected relationship between Kalenjins and Kisiis ?
Did Kibaki win over Raila in Kisii and Nyamira Counties and Raila had to plead even with Luo in Nyanza not to attack Kisii because of Kibakis win ?

You ask stupid questions.
There was not one reason why Gusii or Kikuyu were attacked.
Election rigging was a trigger.
Even now election rigging will be a trigger for underlying issues.
It just an opportunity where everyone has seen it a cause to fight
When Nyachae attacked Ruto - Gusii were attacked the following day - it didnt even wait for election date.
By 2nd day - Gusii were being stoned - in Sotik - but things cooled down.
Kikuyu were not attacked for election rigging ALONE.

These issues build up - eventually you get a trigger - and it unleash the demon.

It's like Rwanda - the shooting down of Hutu president - was just the trigger that Hutus had been waiting for.

If Ruto was to be rigged and Kalenjin decide to fight - dont sit there saying you're safe because you voted Ruto.
Or thinking people will think about voting again in the future for stolen election.

Those warriors will be inventing new enemies daily until they start civil war of themselves - because it's about poverty, jobless and hopelessness.

Just run and run and run. I will run to Uganda myself.

Rigged election will be the trigger to unleash the demons that have been lying active but dormant. Some people will not care about election - some will want to clear trees in the forest - some want to evict people they sold land to - some want to kick away others so they can get free land - some just want to loot - some are business rivals - some want to retrench their staff and have an opportunity.

I saw it all in 2007 - tea estates were using PEV to kick out gusii workers who they claim were ambulance chasing.

Actually my own brother who had been expelled (we didnt know about it) - used PEV to go and attack with his friend the headmaster house - luckly he had not reported (he was gusii man I think) - they went and belted the teacher house with stones - and then wrote him message threatening him never to comeback to school --- and the fool went back to school - only for the head teacher to report in 2nd term - and find him - dude I had expelled you?  I think it became a police case and I eventually transfered him to Nairobi - to meet real thugs

Now answer me these two questions
Was Ruto attacked by Chinkororo and this attack affected relationship between Kalenjins and Kisiis ?

This will be the most peaceful elections since multiparty era stated. Take this to the bank. Rift Valley will be peaceful. Uhuru won't rig elections. He will guide his supporters. If there is evidence of rigging uhuru will let the courts decide

Do not make claims of plans to rig if you have no evidence. Pundit you have become so excited and lost objectivity especially when it comes to uhuru. Elections are not a life and death issue for him nor for his family. They have lost so many elections than they have won and life moved on. Uhuru had moi backing and lost. He didn't rig then or play dirty he won't rig now or play dirty. He has left ruto untouched because he is a gentleman and an Honorable man. He told kikuyus in sagana that he was raised by his parents to be open with people and preserve his family honor. I have contacts with a lot of people who have known uhuru one thing even when he was on politics one guy that he schooled with here usa told me that if he saw you on the streets he would stop and talk. He is a down to earth charming guy. Kikuyus may hate his economic policies but rhey have no ill will to him. Uhuru has supplies foe and friends internationally. They thought he would be a disaster. A papadoc..of kenya but he has been nothing but one of the best representatives of africans president internationally

I just hope he knows he is dealing with Ruto and a Kalenjin nation that wont take kindly to a rigging after they have stomached his betrayal for 5yrs.
That is all. Ruto is not guy you want to steal his vote. Kalenjin are not the guys you want to steal their votes. These are very brave people who once they decide it's war - then it's war. There are not kalonzo Kamba or Luhyas. They are Luos with a lot of steel. Luos will protest violently but just never have the stamina and stomach for war....bloodletting and wanton destruction.
He is free to campaign for Odinga
Just let him not attempt to rig.
Unless he doesnt 1) Love himself 2) His family and 3) Kenya.
If Ruto loses in free and fair election - he is still very young - he will wait for next time.
If Ruto is rigged - Kenya will join Ethiopia and Sudan and Somali in the failed states.
Due to politics.
We saw in South Sudan - Kiir and Machar - still fighting -
And once again I am not calling for any war - I am just analyzing the issues - and how the protagonist will react.
I did that in 2017 and 2013 - and predicted Luos will cause chaos, throw stones in Kondele and Kibra, and it will fizzle out.
I am predicting with lot of certainty that if Ruto doesnt accept the result or supreme court verdict
Then prepare for millions to be evicted
2007 will look like child's play

I notice Uhuru has gone quiet; his cantankerous ministers like Matiangi and Kibicho has tonned down;

Let them stay that way; just let Ruto and Raila battle it out; Hold free and fair election; whoever wins; wins; Dont use force; dont misuse state resources; let IEBC and Supreme Court do their job.

If they attempt to use PNU template of 2007 - using chiefs/ass chiefs/NIS/police - then rigging it - and then intimidating supreme court - then kenya is gone...because Kenya may not this time come from precipe  as both sides will go hard...and only recourse is maybe united military taking over.

This will be the most peaceful elections since multiparty era stated. Take this to the bank. Rift Valley will be peaceful. Uhuru won't rig elections. He will guide his supporters. If there is evidence of rigging uhuru will let the courts decide

Lol Plato are you pleading with a hyena not to eat your goat? You cannot tame the hyena - he is WILD - either hide the goat or build a barbed pen.

Ruto will lose the elections... whether fairly or through top-up the blood-thirsty savages will behead diasporites. Kikuyu, Gusii, Luhya will get asante ya punda. At least Luo are not scared of war nor stupid enough to appease wild savages.

I don't see how these tired "facts" can slow down Raila or Uhuru Azimio train. Tribal clashes would simply isolate Ruto in Kalenjin. Ruto will need 30 years of recanting and atoning to get another shot with diaspora.

Big mistake is to imagine Kalenjin will consider future elections during war.
They wont. They have done it before.
They attacked all big tribes in 1991/92 - and Moi still won.
They attacked GEMA and Gusii in 2007 - Ruto is just finishing his 10yrs.
Kalenjin are hard to go to war but once they decide then - consequence ni baadaye.
Kalenjin believe that war bring respect and long term peace.
That accepting to be rigged is tantamount to accepting to be cowardly women and it will be done severally like Luos.
They believe they are canning other Kabilas to understand who the boss is.
Definitely if they go to war - then you can expect the only resolution that would make kenya remain united - is deep federalism.
Kalenjin will demand self-rule almost. There will new constitution or Rift valley will be independent state.
That will be for the Americans to delivers....and save Kenyans.
I dont think Kalenjin have the stomach to go through what Luos have gone for 60 yrs nows.
As second class citizen despite their numbers. Not when they have historical known they can beat all Kenya tribes willy nilly.
At the root is kalenjin believe they are unbeatable by other tribes...that no kenyan tribes can hurt them in war.
That kalenjin "invincibility" is rooted in pre-colonial history and makes them trigger happy.
Kalenjin will make cause lots of blood letting - and will without even think - kicking out immigrants from Rift Valley.

Kalenjin will likely go to war until they experience such losses they will know war is bad...> This why Nandis fought the British for more than a decade.

The defeat of the Arabs created the "Nandi legend." The Nandi were undefeatable. Porters could not be hired and expeditions could not be launched into Nandi for nearly forty years. The Nandi warriors stood proudly aloof from the events that were swirling around them confident to defend their independence.

Those are grand tales of yore. Most voters don't know or care who was koitalel. Comes down to mere Chebukati announcement and Koome ruling. Then Raila gets sworn in.

The vote will be long counted by the time your warriors are beheading poor peasants. Raila will just resettle IDPs - and maybe pardon Ruto - but not step down for him. Warriors will not give Ruto power.

In short RV Pundit: noone doubts Kalenjin savagery. Poor peasants will be beheaded, displaced, robbed, etc. Your miscalculation is how this makes President Odinga surrender. After fighting 30 years - nope. If only the warriors were IEBC agents.

In few days or weeks of fighting... Tony Blinkens will be all over - asking you and Ruto to respect law and human rights. But like Ndii said State House mtaionea viusasa.

I didnt see you long lectures when Raila was swearing himself; forming NRM; violently boycotting election.
Ruto has in my estimate two million kalenjin warriors - that HUGE LEVERAGE - he has millions of diaspora communities in RV as hostages.

Learn to think CLEARLY THROUGH ISSUES.

So let assume Ruto is brazenly rigged....it obvious kind of thing like Kibaki kidnapping ROS.
He cries foul - but let assume unlike 2007 - he choose to go to Supreme Court.
Supreme court deliver a verdict that appears also rigged...Martha, Njoki and usual suspect  ignore the glaring evidence.
Now what do you think Ruto will do?

Uhuru will have two weeks as per constitution to hand over to Raila as new constitution prevent Kibaki night swearing that spark the war.

That will the most critical time for Ruto and his warriors if they decide to fight.

Ruto at that point - can either live to be rigged and possibly getting rigged again or again

Or he will just unleash the warriors - by saying I am rigged and we wont accept - and flying abroad.

The warriors immediately respond - within 24hours - sending a million people scampering for their life.

The world again say wait a minute - who the hell are these people? By 48hours the number has climbed to 2 milllion.

How does Uhuru respond - police or army? or just prepare to hand over to Raila. Raila by then will be very anxious to be sworn in.

How does the world respond.  Do they call for fresh elections? Do they call for another handshake power sharing?

Now that is kalenjin - maybe GEMA decide to do Rwanda - poor attack the rich in their midst and take their properties - as consequence of their betrayal of their own diaspora now getting killed - the class fissures  in GEMA are such the possibility of class war there is very REAL.

Country by then will be collapsed and bleeding. The violence will spread to Nairobi as retaliation and the name. It would a mix of ethnic and class wars....revenge attacks...and counter-revenge.

Uhuru will be looking for a difficult retirement - not flying to Bahamas but dealing with three million IDPS and maybe couple thousands deaths - total destruction in many parts of kenya.

Forget the Kenya Police doing anything. Those corrupt cowards will have to be bribed to fight anybody assuming their new role as IDP camps will be over - because hosting 3 million IDPS is not going to be easy.

Move to KDF - and that is when things start getting dicey - they may decide to take power from the failed politics and save "Kenya" - because if they take political sides - the split into two forces or more is going to be imminent.

Far from it. I want him to lay out what he thinks so that we can see it. Kikuyus are managing this transition united. It is not just a uhuru affair but a gema undertaking

Country first before individual

They are surprised that uhuru is not antagonizing them

They are like a kid that has been ignored due to uncontrolled tantrums

Ruto has been contained and ignored.
He can't make excuses when he loses

The opposite is actually true.
For 5 yrs Uhuru and his folks have attempted without number to poke the eyes of the Kalenjin nation and Ruto
But the the lion watches unperturbed - once in a while using the tail the swatch the flies off the eyes.
It eyes fixated on the buffalos - ignoring small rabbits and gazelles.
When Ufool and folks have hit Ruto and Kalenjin nation - they have gotten the other cheek.
The strategies that worked against Odinga and Luo Nation have fallen flat.

My friend you're dealing with Kalenjin nation - trained and nurtured warriors. Folks who are trained to be mentally tough - to overcome pain.

Every Kalenjin warrior is trained to stand unflinching. Before they become warriors they scar their entire body - with hot coal -  all the arms all legs - to overcome pain - so they are ready to be men - and that is why an average Kalenjin can witjstand marathon like the nothing - for the are stoic.

The clay painted on the face - if it as much as crack - as much as you twich a skin - you've failed the exams.

You have met you match. GEMA nation has no wiggle room except raise the white flag.

The son of the gun - WSR - is getting power - whether you like or dont like.

I dont see how Ufool survive another two months before kneeling down otherwise he will get sodomized - Kalenjin special punishment for such kind  - to be emasculated - to be made a woman.

If only Uhuru had the support of GEMA and if a GEMA candidate was running. It would plain dumb for Kalenjins and GEMA to fight if they are in one political formation and are supporting the same person. In 2013 and 2017 ODM were hoping for this and it never happened .
