No US should go after Putin's Regime Directly. Go after him in person. It has to be an all out targeting of regime change in Russia. I think America over cautious nonsense is very costly. If for example they had killed Bashir after he hosted .Osama ..it would sent a message to every government that the cost of harboring Al Qaeda was going to be costly.
