80kms of tough rough road

Yesterday I was scouting for land..drove in gravel road for Whooping 80kms in rough road..btw kuresoi north and south.Beatiful land zero infrastructure..school look good but roads

Land is 300 to 400 per acre..but didn't like because it looked not ideal for tea or avacados

Cant you see RV cleverly mixes Kuresoi and Kericho. Where as Kuresoi is in Nakuru ( a GEMA County )but predominantly Kalenjin , So yes you might find some Kyuks here and there or might be brokers . Most Urban Kales or non local Kales would be attracted by such type of deals .

Cant you see RV cleverly mixes Kuresoi and Kericho. Where as Kuresoi is in Nakuru ( a GEMA County )but predominantly Kalenjin , So yes you might find some Kyuks here and there or might be brokers . Most Urban Kales or non local Kales would be attracted by such type of deals .

Nowayah I started from my home in konoin then through mau forest from chebugen..drove through mau for 17kms to kapno drove to taita then kamwaura.stopped and had beer.. then back to itare dam...then drove all way to murunduko..had puncture and a beer then drove to kuresoi tea factory to chepsir via forest then Kericho town..there are Kikuyus..very few left in kamwaura and murunduko..a village of gusii forget the name.. murunduko is where I talked to local..and heard stories of  Kikuyus selling their land or domolishing their house..carting away iron sheet and moving to urban centres..all the places are peaceful n everyone is peaceful..no tribal tension at all..all are in uda

Mau forest straddle narok,bomet,kericho and nakuru counties..my lands are in kiptangich near narok..but nakuru counties..I was trying to see if I can buy around itare..lots of cheap land..but will not likely buy

There are kikuyus in kuresoi north..very few.. otherwise most of nakuru is comspolitan..the land looks really nice..and very cheap..300k an acre or even less..I bought some for 50k an acre few yrs ago

I have not seen any latest tribal breakdown..so it's probably gone down as tea estates have been mass firing workers...so it's probably down to 10 percent for others from 13 percent.. Kikuyu are settled mostly in londiani ward of kipkelion east..
