It's been sitting out there since 2011.  The data is real and accessible with API to boot.  The question, what do people want to do with it?

Agreed.  They could also use some updating with more recent data sets.  The use of provinces automatically begs for some data that allows mapping to counties.

But what are the typical scenarios?  What would a person do with information about hospitals?  Schools?  Urbanization?

Decision making; decision support; you never know the utility; let them just dump as much data as possible; latest data; old data; ditigize reports from 1900s; and dump them.
