KPA, Kenya seeds, universities - are being accused of employing more from local tribes - but surely how can you employ face of kenya in low cadre staff?

Only management should have the face of kenya - but the low ranking staff - employ from the immediate community - otherwise you might have to raise the wages for someone from Mandera to come and work in Bomet as office cleaner -  each community should have local parastals - if it's Mombasa - all things ports and marine - in Kisumu - all things fishing - in Turkana - all things oil.

They should  release all these tribal statistics in one booklet for proper analysis and action. The media is cherry picking which institution to report for unclear motive. 2018 watasema Pwani university, a year later it's Moi, now it's Kenya seed.

Looks like basic propaganda
