As for Matiangi, Mucheru, Kibicho and their deep state   with shallow thinking; IEBC will independently organize elections.

Chebukati I hope uses his security of tenure and his final term to conduct free and fair election.

Even Martha Karua seems to agree Koome is blundering....

The post 2010 judiciary is by design 'supposed to' be radical. I don't think Martha will last long as CJ. Her arm of govt will most likely consume her unless she changes tact. Why would she, for example, get involved in election processes that could require her arbitration?

Koome is going to have it rough - she is outnumbered - because judiciary (Judges) will  NEVER allow it's nascent power to be taken from them back to STATEHOUSE. High court judges will start issuing orders against her. This COK2010 sio MCHEZO. It's radical.

The judges already smelt blood...they cannot surrender power to Harambee house.

Let her continue making blunders...once a petition is filed in high court...she will find himself in difficult position...because NOTHING CAN STOP HIGH COURT JUDGE from declaring any of her action null and void.

In Supreme Court - she can only count on PNU useless judge Njoki Ndungu - but I believe majority of judges there are radicals who have read the constitution and understand it's power.

CJ has no role to play in the planning of elections. Martha Koome only got that position since she will stand by the establishment.

Eti she chairs it because she is senior most - that women has wasted her bonga points mapema sana.She is very keen to appease the beast...she is still begging uhuru to appoint the six. I think she already has lost the judiciary. She will be in serious trouble because judges enjoy security of tenure and will make her life hard. Everything she does will be also be declared null and void...judges have lots of discretionary power over even CJ or JSC. This is new brave kenya.
