The Judiciary is so tainted that Kenyans do not have faith or trust in these judgements. How is DCI supposed to return guns to someone whose gun ownership was revoked? These idiot judges are the high priests of corruption and Kenya will never change as long as we have these corrupt and incompetent justice system, everyone knows that they can literally get away with murder. If Raila forms the next govt, this is the starting point, this should be his legacy, forget roads na kadhalika, reform the justice system and everything else falls in place.

The judiciary is the weakest branch of government and cannot win a full blown war with the Judiciary, especially a judiciary ran by a cartel.  They do not have an army or the power of the purse.  This judiciary should pick its wars very carefully.
He is not going to jail!!! Ruto will not even let that happen or he loses the Meru vote.

You can't argue with court orders.You appeal the decision and get a stay.You cannot act on orders of above.Cok2010 say president should give you written order.Kibicho and matiangi next destination is kamiti too..plus being bankrupted

Who has stopped Uhuru from prosecuting Ruto. Kibaki did...in a criminal case. Uhuru has weston land. Anybody who falls foul of the law pays the price. You better stop Ruto now because when he is PORK he will be above the law for 10yrs - he wont be charged for any criminal case.

As for Uhuru, Matiangi, Kibicho and rest - who are now flouting court orders - next gov may decide to enforce them...as the court will also find them in violation if they do not obey court orders.

One thing Moi never did was to disobey court orders....he made sure they were never issued.

If he was going to post bank he appointed a drunken fish then asked Kulei or Kiptanui or Biwott to tell the idiot to withdraw 50m and deliver to state house immediately and keep it confidential.

Such a case came up and Mutula kilonzo was all over asking the guy to show him any signature reading Moi.

Now Moi wasn't a very educated man but he'd never lock Miguna out of the country because he had read Machiavelli. You don't promote patriotism by excluding citizens. You do the opposite so that you citizens feel safe and secure in their country and not fear being deported.

He'd never disobey and order. Would buy a judge to remove or modify it.

If the Kinoti judgment had happened under Moi kinoti would wake to being arrested! Moi believed rightly that citizens can cut him an extra slack of sympathy as the ruler but won't tolerate any of his subordinates doing the same.
