I'm actually quite surprised at the rate of development in Ngara and the number of housing projects going up. It seems when abroad one only finds out things after they've happened. It would sometimes be really helpful for me to know of housing developments when things are at the planning stages. 😀

Yap. the only people who know are the beneficiaries.
Am not sure whether they re did the sewer system
Problem with Kenya is infrastructure comes after which steeps the cost. You can buy prime land at top money with no infrastructure
But pollution in that area is horrendous. Diesel fumes from diesel matatus
