Uhuru must one trying to block IEBC swearing in

Weldon Korir who remains in the high court - thanks to Uhuru vendetta - tells him to play on :) - and forget about it. I am glad we still have those 5 judges in the high court...ready to serve Uhuru some cold revenge and stop any games.

I dont know but curious someone was waiting for all the process to go through; then last minute rush to high court to block it; Uhuru now has no excuse; appoint IEBC commissioners then go home.

Once IEBC is fully constitutued - then they should proceed as independent commission and judiciary too - to midwife a transition.

Uhuru can misusue the police - but without IEBC and Judiciary in a lockstep - it will only make them unpopolar

Thought he was transferred? Can he see that far?

Every election has it's dynamic. This one is being watched by 2million warriors. It's not be be joked with like previous ones. Ruto in is maiden run is the clear front runner....that already give a lot of pressure to IEBC. Managing those very high expectation will not a be a joke.

Just reminding them the onerous task facing them. We dont want a repeat of 2007. I know you were happy the warriors were battling for Babu then. This time round they "could" be battling for Ruto. We want Ruto to be beaten in such a way  the warriors will be ashamed to come out of their houses for a week :) . Like 2002 and 2010 - they were beaten BLUE :) in the ballot.  So please dont give IEBC pressure...Baba need to really work hard....

And please if you must rig -  please rig like Moi in 1992 and 1997 - not like Moi in 1988 or Kibaki in 2007.

Changing IEBC TOR already?

Or the dynamic duo in 2013, 2017.

No evidence of rigging has ever been presented online or offline or in any court of law that dynamic duo rigged.
1) 2013 - was certified clean by all judges
2) 2017 - IEBC was found to have messed up transmission of results - with 2 judges dissenting as the results themselves had not been controverted- no evidence of Uhuru rigging was ever presented. I am yet to see myself.

Please when anyone of you find rigging - come and tell us. It in some server in France so we hear - the same company Raila brought to kenya.

Yes rigging I have seen happened in North East - but that is somali local conspiracy like they do in census - it has no effect. They decide election through elders - and then sit down to rig the national vote. Thankfully they are demographically insignificant - but in the future Somalis will give us problem - they are rigging everything - having mastered how to rig kenya national IDs.

Or the dynamic duo in 2013, 2017.

OT Morpho. Lack of evidence does not mean absence of evidence. Judiciary is not God. Even Gicheru CJ swore in Kibaki at night.

Explain to me why it's inciting for me to acknowledge the possibility of violence if our elections are bungled.Everyone know if player is Raila..kondele and Nairobi slums will riot...aka Luo urban gangs... should saying that become inciteful or you're looking to silence opinion you disagree with..and kill this forum by making it an echo chamber of the same opinion.Ruto and kalenjin warriors are big factor in this election..get used to facts...as they are.Not as you wish. Each election has its own dynamics.Holding free and fair election has never been so critical and of course if Uhuru has games then he needs to mitigate possible violence by beefing security... especially after elections.. especially in rift valley. If that is inciteful then  I am totally lost.

I'm just letting you know man, I don't want to see you banned but you are really pushing the line with constant brazen incitement. When the hammer comes down you only have yourself to blame.

My friend I dont fear being banned at all. Whether online or offline - my moral principles - will not allow me to incite violence anywhere. It also will not allow me to lie for political reasons. If Ruto is a thief - he is a thief. I will not like you pretend that Raila is not a thief. If violence are likely to happen - I will say it. I did not create Kalenjin warriors - and I am not responible for their previous wars and atrocities. I personally have never participated in any - even when they were going house to house to conscript people. I know my cousins who participated, I know of friends and other villagers...who participated in such wars. I also know kalenjin as fellow Kalenjin enough to predict how they will react to a bungled election where one of their own is a leading candidate.

So morality or good behaviours is not something that you wear and remove like a cloth. You have a problem with my strong truthful arguments - and my dislike for Jakom. Deal with it.

This forum is dead if we cannot have honest frank discuscion.

I know you Raila guys are openly desperate - calling for Uhuru, deep state and system to rig Raila in - and anything that scream there might be dire consequences - you want to muzzle that and call it incitement. Dont be that desperate...Uhuru is not going to make Raila PORK..it's kenyans.

And when I support Ruto - I do not support everything he does - I do not endorse his corruption - but I realize despite that - he the best guy. When I support Kagame - I do not endorse his counter-genocide against Hutus and his dictatorship. But I give the devil his dues by recognising his transformative agenda for Rwanda and how it's paying off.

And this where LOW IQ people really struggle because they have to support Raila and pretend he is a GOD :)  - while Jakom is VERY CORRUPT and VERY VIOLENT. Ruto at least is just corrupt but not as violent as Jakom.

I'm just letting you know man, I don't want to see you banned but you are really pushing the line with constant brazen incitement. When the hammer comes down you only have yourself to blame.

RV they are tryimg to silence you. Similar tactics ODM poticians use in the political scene. Maybe Something to do with the new MOAS.Drop the Violence narrative and see if they will come up with something new.

Ruto supporters are the ones who should keep you in check about the violence narrative. ODMers should rejoice and encourage you .

Incitement has no place in public discourse. Banning you will the least of your troubles if you continue your ugly streak of empty threats. We have been patient enough.

Pundit between those who are warning you to stop incitement to violence and you who has had a million threads on 2022 selections including threatening posts that were deleted, who is desperate? Unless I'm mistaken on meaning of desperate. Maybe let's say Raila guys are desperate as you say but you are fast becoming the inhouse desperado.
