Raila is not interested in OKA - he wants Mt kenya running mate. This has been my theory. He knows he either crack Mt kenya or go home - he knows OKA will take him to 43 - not good enough - and refused to participate in the re-run with Uhuru knowing he lose again.

Kalonzo will not accept anything less than DPORK

So Raila will try to cobble up the likes of Mutua, Mukhisa - and go for Mt kenya running mate. So far it looks like he may end up with Kioni or PK or ?

Raila is interested in OKA for a second round contest. The idea is to stop Ruto from nicking it in first round. Then with both having Mt kenya running mate - divide Mt kenya votes - and then bring in OKA to close the gap.

OKA are settled on Raila-Kalonzo ticket. It is not strategic to announce the lineup now because

1)they must animate their bases while pretending to run for PORK
2)to woo Mt Kenya

You can discern this by the lack of animosity between them. There is merely friendly fire - while they all hammer Ruto hard.

They will form Handshake coalition with anti-Ruto Gema -PKs, Muturis and any hustler defectors - and only announce the lineup last minute. You don't need to be genius to know Muturis will in the end hand over their bases to Raila.
