Because they are wasting taxpayer money and time. Let them work for kenya. Siasa wafanye inje ya comittee. Such a report cannot stand any test.

Siasa and propaganda should be done outside institutions like parliament.

This why Ruto beat them. He works during the week day and weekend he does siasa kind of thing.

What do you imagine is Ruto's work? Ruto is doing his job waiting for Uhuru to either die or go mad or go bankrupt or get incapacitated - just like your spare wheel is doing his job.

Constitution doesn't give him any job except chair the governor's thing - and he does that.

It's up to Uhuru to give him more work - if he doesn't want to delegate - well and good - let him do the job -if unable to do the job and delegate - Uhuru needs to resign and go home.

Who is maternity now? You cannot have cake and eat it. Either Uhuru give Ruto more work or Ruto works as a taxpayer funded DP. If Uhuru can give him more work then that same Uhuru can ask him to resign.

Uhuru need to give him hard work and then complain Ruto has failed. Uhuru for example should have assigned BBI and Handshake to Ruto

but he is a mlevi and not smart.

For now he should assign Ruto - difficutl task - like resolving somali border dispute or resolving Migingo Island issue with Uganda now that they are friends with M7. or the really mundane work that the idiot Kagwe does everyday with make-believe corona statistics...that has to be most boring job now.

Otherwise Ruto is busy waiting for work. Uhuru should be last person to complain.

Ruto should be assigned covid. I am not sure how he can avoid endless meetings so it would be a tough one.

Ruto will need machinery when he attempts to hold UDA elections or primaries. For now he has it easy - just making noise.

That was then - if they were smart - they would have kept Ruto very busy with difficult and useless jobs that would not have given him the whole day to campaign - Ruto has so much energy -you give him 24hrs - he does real damage.

Giving Ruto a difficult task like managing covid-19 would have been smart albastross.

But they fear Ruto so much because he is very effective. Raila demoted him from Agri to Higher education and he still managed to get it working.

You better learn kalenjin..next year it will be official unofficial language when Ruto win...it will take huge blunder for him to lose.The nearest opponent is 30 percent down.
