Look like BBI will end in Supreme Court
« on: August 21, 2021, 10:17:28 PM »
AG Kuhara has indicated he will appeal.

That obviously is more time-wasting exercise meant to ensare Raila.

For SCORK their biggest assignment in the 2022  election petition.

They will not want to damage their reputation with dead-on-arrival BBI.

So this yet another attempt to buy the lame-duck 3 or 4 months from naive NASA

Consigliere is just causing trouble for his successors. He's drawing attention to himself too. He probably thinks he's a judge and will return to the bench like the fraud Muli & Moi carried out.

Activists will block his return to the judiciary after Uhuru. He can get the Sichale judgment read by Ndungu & Koome. Mwilu must recuse because she fucks Wako.

Ouko is unlikely to ruin his reputation over this as won't Lenaola & possibly Smokin

That leaves Koome, Ndungu, Ibrahim vs Ouko, Lenaola & Smokin.

If Mwilu decides it doesn't matter that Wako bangs her, she could tip the balance.

But like the Appeals court, judges may ride a slalom. They'd agree on some things and disagree on others.

My view is that Uhuru got cleared of the stigma of violating chapter 6. He should count his blessings and let this pass. 74 amendments can't be passed via an omnibus bill jameni.

Let's see how it may go in event Koome delivers.

First her goose will be cooked. Willy Mutunga can't wash off the 2013 petition however hard he tries.

Secondly there's time. The COA went fast. So an appeal at SCORK will arrive Early September. Conferences be over in all September. Hearing October followed by judgment in November

November that's when all Civil servants and Matiangi have to quit if they want to be governors or President. Uhuru Kenyatta's government would practically come apart by mid November.

By December most candidates will find BBI a perfect albatross to tie on their opponents' necks and denial of BBI would be done as good as if St. Peters had taught how to deny something or someone who treated you to roast fish.

In short the mandarins to push BBI will be out running for jobs and politicians will undermine it. For once Uhuru may be told to his face to put BBI in his asshole and disappear.

The timing is wrong.

I think he should either abandon Term 3 or pursue a stooge option. But stooges have a short use by date

Looking at Kuhara grouse it seems he wants to appeal the academic part of BBI but admits the BBI has died for many reasons including not having a Kiswahili edition.

The Rushed BBI broke all the laws including forcing IEBC to list signatures over the weekend. And yet they had 5yrs to plan this. This level of untidiness is shocking.

Any self-respect court will dismiss BBI.
Sichale I bet had the judgment delivered to her from Kuhara.
Kuhara is arguably the worse AG in kenya history.

And I hear in Court of Appeal he was legendary for laziness - delivered one judgment every year. Appointed just for being a Koinange.Lazima ni Mlevi chakari - nothing seem to make sense

AG is one likely to appeal. I don't see the BBI secretariat doing it. Neither will IEBC. They have two weeks. Raila is done. Uhuru is off the hook. So unless Kihara does not wants to embarrass himself - he will appeal.

Fake news. No supreme court.

So far we have come to 13 judges - none of them has allowed BBI nonsense to pass. Not even Sichale. You need to get a grip of yourself and have some trust in people and institutions.

Do not be negativo like ODM.

This country has enough patriots to protect what is right. Not everything is seen in lenses of narrow tribal and political blinkers.

GROW THE FUKC UP and Stop behaving like ODMORON

Why is it you trust supreme court lile that ?

Before the cases started I mentioned High Court and Court of Appeal will provide a Judgement against BBI while I was sceptical with the Supreme Court.
That Bench right there is compromised and not upto the task.. I have already given my reasons.

Okay then wait for judgement day. We have nothing to do with yadayada this is odm or luo judge kind of crap nonsense. You're unhinged tribalist who support Kuhara for example - for nothing but tribe.

No Supreme Court of Kenya will not allow crap like BBI to pass. Not judge will allow it.

RV is very evident matters Law you started keenly following with BBI.
Kihara has a record from when he was heading Law School, to the Judicial Training Institute to Judge in the COA.
If it wasnt for internal differences with Gicheru backnin 2012 he was destined to be the Chief Justice then.
Ouko was ODM nominatee in Grand Coalition Governenment to look at Judicial Reforms. This is a fact..
Im not saying SCOK will allow BBI to pass bit certainly they will dissapoint . High Court  put a very high threshold of amending rhe constituion . Supreme Court will lower that certainly and post 2022 elections we will be back to amend the constituion movement.
Raila will never stop until he gets his Bomas constituion as the comstituion of Kenya.

On Kuhara-Which record at COA - I hear he is mlevi who write one court judgement per year.
Let supreme court do that...then come and say I am vindicated,
Otherwise I cannot be party to character assassination's without any evidence

Evidence is clear that Kuhara has overtaken Mathew Guy Muli as kenya worse AG.
