Tues 10th August 2027, Election Day
March 9th 1991 marked the end of control of the LSK by the Government of President Daniel Arap Moi. On that day, Fred Ojiambo, reported in The Black Bar to have rigged previous elections for Chairman of LSK with the assistance of the Government, lost to Paul Muite. ^POLSK pic.twitter.com/yVjxn0TNRR— Nelson Havi (@NelsonHavi) August 16, 2021

Fred Ojiambo exited with his allies, paramount amongst them, George Oraro. Thirty years later, LSK risks being taken over by the Government of President Uhuru Kenyatta. The principal actors are the same as were in 1991 albeit with more recruits. They must be resisted. ^POLSK pic.twitter.com/SEAo183wDa— Nelson Havi (@NelsonHavi) August 16, 2021

I plead with you Learned Friends at the Bar and on the Bench to stand up against the assault on LSK by the Government. I beseech you other partners of LSK in the justice and all other sectors, do not be complicit in the State capture of LSK. ^POLSK pic.twitter.com/dWt6dxooVP— Nelson Havi (@NelsonHavi) August 16, 2021
