There is no friendship in business. Wanjigi was so close to Uhuru - from st marys and all that. Uhuru is under seige from not only St mary dynasties - including his own kenyatta-moi families but also the Matiangi-Kibicho cabinet - both are scared of losing power and money next year - and will do crazy things.

They are in panic mode - expect them to execute more dumb strategies - including extra-judicially - as the prospect of loosing power bcoming real. Legally they can do squat. They have no such power. COK2010 and Kenya experience under Moi - means legally they are just huffing and puffing.

They may get desperate and do things extra-judicially - post BBI 20th August rulling - that pretty much should bury their dreams of undoing COK2010 including using a parliamentary route.

What Uhuru need is a Wilson Boinett to tell him the truth. I am not sure if current NIS director has those guts. But his main job is to tell Uhuru unflitered truth.

Intelligence know everything - and they need to tell Uhuru - that these hair brained ideas are not working, will not work and that he should quietly prepare to retire.

Well, my record speak for itself, and yours too. Now tell us who are St mary boys? Sound like Deep State? The only people I know Uhuru would listen to are 1) Mama Ngina 2) His brother Muhoho and 3) Gideon Moi - and now who are these other St Mary boys? Wanjigi and Kibaki son were bona-fide members but fell out with Uhuru - I don't think Uhuru consult them. Maybe the  Njees and the other PAs to Uhuru -  like Murathe? Those are more like Uhuru's KYM - or wheeler dealers.

Now the next people who are powerful are Matiangi- Statehouse comprotller Mbugua-Kibicho -cabinet - because they can influence who talks to Uhuru and what they say - and of course cabinet CSes who listen to Uhuru.

The only divergent opinion would come from hopefully NIS Kamweru, someone like Kinyua and other moderates in his gov.
