All in all we can see from this poll the Anti Raila votes stronghold

Central and North Eastern lead in Anti Raila voting

Yes :( pollster afraid to offend the deep state with open secret that Ruto is unassailable.

Only Luo Nyanza are in support of it. You notice how Presidential Opinion polls went in the thin air once Raila support withered.

Unpopular with kenyans

Remove OKOA from anti-Raila - who are still pro-BBI and you realize - he Ruto is unbeatable. I don't see how Raila can become opposition ticket - the plan is simple - Uhuru and gideon will put in a corner - and force him to back MaDVD. MaDVD is the dream proxy for any dynasty. Will Raila accept - sioni - he might actually cut a deal with Ruto instead for nusu mkeka ingine. But deal has to be secret pact coz Raila repels gema votes like nobody.Anybody who fear Ruto - will shake like a leaf when faced with odinga - for Ruto is a refined Raila. So no way somebody like Uhuru can swap Ruto for Raila. Hiyo ni transparent game kama BBI.

The court of appeal will overturn the superior court ruling on Justiciability, allow BBI to go to referendum and pass before the matter is ripe for hearing.  The courts should not interfere with a political process until its over.  The referendum may not have passed and all this would be unnecessary.

Of course in your mind, Ruto is always unassailable.

Chance of that happening is NIL :)  The sooner you Raila folks do two things the better for you in 2022
1) Accept BBI is dead - buried - 5 judges at superior court cannot be wrong - in 20 counts. That is 5 times 20. That is 100 counts. You expect 7 judges to overturn such? They may overtun 1 out of 20 counts...and BBI would still be dead as dodo. In fact the only 50-50 is Basic Structure - otherwise processwise it kaput kaput. That is ignoring the fact the Judiciary itself is the MAIN target of the same BBI and judges have found perfect opportunity to protect themselves for eternity almost :)  - golden chance to secure judicial independence for a long time.
2) Accept Uhuru is playing Raila.
Once you do those two things.
1) Revamp ODM and hope to become no 2 - and for Ruto to fail to nick 50% in first round. Then play for 2nd round.
2) Fold camp, stop stressing yourselves, and retire Raila for  the bumbling idiot he is, and support OBADO :)
3) Support Ruto or OKOA - and cut a small deal for 3 ministers
The court of appeal will overturn the superior court ruling on Justiciability, allow BBI to go to referendum and pass before the matter is ripe for hearing.  The courts should not interfere with a political process until its over.  The referendum may not have passed and all this would be unnecessary.

This BBI is turning into a great thing. A forum to call out ufool personally. It is a great start. He had everything going for a supreme leader.

The more he appeal; the more he exposes himself for ridicule; and the more he invite the judiciary to pass judgement on his legacy.

Justin Muturi is onto something. They know BBI is very dead

IEBC Budget is for 2022 elections and nothing else.
