Fully vaccinated, double masking and no bars or crowds. I got two elderly parents. I cannot risk them.

I thought your people say he has done nothing for them. :o
Tell them either way, their honeymoon with SH is over in August 2022. Then they will see what muthamki did for them as they will just be 2nd class Kenyans like the majority of other ethnic groups.

They were there under Moi - and that is why they see Uhuru grooming gideon moi and raila - and then better run to Ruto. More importantly, kikuyus having had roads, water, and electricity for years - seem they want more - they want money in their pockets.HK here utaskia ni kama anasema tutakula barabara. While my people esp in Nakuru county just want murram roads and electriciy.

The duo challenge - areas lacking basic infrastructure - areas with okay infrastructure (kiambu everyone is 1 km away from tarmac I bet) - who needs other needs.

For majority of kenya - infrastructure first - and enterprises/jobs second.

The next gov should balance the two - for us - we need clean piped water in every house - tarmac reaching 1-2km from every household - and of course electricity. For them - gov has to give them incentive, find jobs for their kids, and reduced taxes for their business

Then they will see what muthamki did for them as they will just be 2nd class Kenyans like the majority of other ethnic groups.

The vaccine are working. You have to give it to mzungu. You can walk around bars - Ruaka, Kiambu and Thika Road bars have paid police to extend even past midnight just have your cab/uber guy within - you buy him 50/100 bob muguka and a can or two and you will enjoy debauchery therapy.

Hehe I was in Dadu Tatu city. Watu wako na mbeca plot going for 17m. I think that place is the best designed estate of future. U wonder though if the owner will turn a profit.

Yeah - plots are overprized - but if they keep it planned it could be the differentiator - as Nairobi turns into unplanned chaos with attendant insecurity and crap- I have bought two apartments in there for rental; Maybe you try Safaricom's SIC Zaari - just below Tatu city - if you're interested in building your retirement home.
https://zaria.sic.co.ke/

But definitely tatu city - a whole 5,000 acres - if they keep it planned would be worth every penny.

Others I would recommend- assuming kirubi daughter keep things tight - definitely Two Rivers mini-city (200 acres planned)- few fairly prized apartment - and those apartments are not in ruaka slums - like the Cyton expensive crap in the middle of ruaka sprawling into a slum- so with Tatu city -so you can be assured of tenants from UN and embassies- and it really Runda.

https://cascadiaapartments.co.ke/ 2 bedroom 12m - 3M for 16m - and these could get your easily 100k per month - so 1M per yr - and ROI about 10yrs - and probably double the value in a short while.

Vipingo ridge in Kilifi - 35kms from Mombasa and beside the beach - and plots are very cheap - and there is nice cluster forming around the whole of vipingo. centum has 10,000 acres there.

Better than sinking money in cryptocrap.

As I said some time back I used to think I was bawlling sana stateside, investing kiazi kiazi hapa Kwiinya from there, not knowing I was barely scraping the surface.
Be careful about one month or less vacations nyumbani. Utapata wrong impression kabiza kabiza.
Come stay on the ground for minimum 2 years ujue ukweli wa mambo.
These year and next am doing a 100 acre project ritru bit ritru bit, majaliwa ya Mungu, blathee.
Think of guys like Njonjo with his 100,000 acre Solio Ranch. Makes my 100 acres look like nonsense let alone a 1/4 in Runda with a diggz worth 50metre that many diasporans would salivate at. Kwiinya iko levels. The biggest benefit of being on the ground long term is seeing huge opportunities you would not have seen from majuu or during brief visits. My humble peni mbili.
